Do you need to update vital student information like your student’s home contact number or emergency contacts in Aeries?  Follow these steps to make sure that NHS has the most accurate data on file and that you receive timely notifications by email, mail, and phone.

Step One:

Use the Link Below to Access the Aeries Parent Portal and Login

Click here to launch the Aeries Parent Portal.  Once the portal launches, use your credentials to log into the portal and automatically navigate to the Aeries Parent Portal Welcome Page.

Step Two:

Navigate to “Data Confirmation” page

Once you are logged in and on the Welcome Page of the Parent Information Portal, find “Student Info” in the navigation bar at the top.  In the dropdown beneath, select “Data Confirmation”

Step Three:

Update all Information Tabs

In the lower left of the Data Confirmation page, locate the tabs.  Click on each tab, starting on “Family Information” and progress through until you reach “Final Data Confirmation” where you will be asked to verify all information is updated and correct and submit all changes
