WASC Remote Mid cycle on Zoom 4/26-4/27 at NHS
Novato High earned a 6-year WASC Accreditation in spring 2018. A mid cycle review occurs at the 3 year point. On Monday April 26 and Tuesday April 27, WASC will be zooming in to classrooms, meeting with student focus group, zooming with parent focus group and the Wellness Committee.
CASSPP Math Test (for Juniors)
Novato High School 625 Arthur Street, Novato, CA, United StatesCASSPP stands for “California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress.” It is designed for educational leadership to assess how well students at all schools are learning new and rigorous state standards designed to prepare them for college coursework and 21st-century careers. Juniors will have the whole campus to themselves! Your administrators planned these dates with student wellness in mind in order to 1) Reduce the stress of multiple tests piled on top of one another (AP and SAT); 2) Provide a supportive setting with as few distractions and as many supports in place; and, ultimately 3) to set you up to do your best.

Student LAUNCH August 10 and 11
Student Launch is where students can visit the Wellness Area in the 3300 East Annex, go to the library, visit PTSA and Athletics tables, pick up or buy ASB student apparel, and get assistance with Aeries in the counseling office. This is not termed registration, as students are already registered for classes.
