Special Guest Presentation
Dr. Yvonne Cagle considers Novato to be her hometown. She graduated from Marin’s Air Force JROTC program to eventually become a NASA astronaut and a doctor of medicine. Dr. Cagle is currently a consulting professor at Stanford University’s cardiovascular medicine and electrical engineering departments and has used her medical training for continued service and research on NASA projects, such as wearable fitness gear that accelerates human recovery and rehabilitation.
